'Nature and Nurture' project at Marsh Hill, residential home for mental health service users.
In 2011 I secured a grant from the Ecominds body to work with service users at Marsh Hill residential centre to create a sculpture garden over the following 10 months. We looked into permaculture and residents got involved in working outside in the grounds and doing some environmental research. We then designed a wonderful garden space to enhance the environment around the flats and to provide some produce for residents to use.
