Eggs and Furniture

This series developed some basic and deep seated themes in my work using a wider palette of materials and techniques. Primarilly the pieces consist of eggs on furniture, or eggs which combine with furniture or become furniture. Cosset with the tall pink legs, is about a meter and a half high and at the bottom of the legs are wheels. The egg rests on this tall stool, a wooden structure hand sewn into its fabric covering and the egg in its turn is sewn into a fitted, padded  jacket.
